The practice of clinical pharmacy depends upon pharmaceutical care. It’s a combination of a specialized therapeutic knowledge, experience and judgment for the purpose of optimal out come.
Clinical pharmacist care for patient in all health care setting, they possess knowledge of medication that is biomedical pharmaceutical and clinical services.
Clinical pharmacist and researchers generate collect and apply new knowledge that contribute to improve the health and quality of life.
